Julie Schueck, Heritage and Community Planner for the City if New Westminster, has asked us to advise QPRA members that the HRA application for 327 Fourth St will not be going before the Advisory Planning Commission on December 2, 2014 as planned. The architect and applicant would like time to respond to the concerns raised at the QPRA before presenting to the APC.
